On the top joint of two regions – Madrugada and Valle De Oro, zoom into the center of Lozania. Just after the 4-way cross-section, there is a Military Checkpoint with a tollbooth here, take out the billboard seen at North-East and then look out for the enemies to defeat them. On the ending border of East Aguas Lindas and the West of Esperanza, zoom in to the roadway connecting Esperanza with Aguas Lindas. On the head of Madrugada, at the southern part of Aguas Lindas, zoom into the 3-way cross-section and move a little ahead on the Eastside, take out the enemy standing at North-West and then search of the billboard to destroy it.
Firstly, break the billboard and move towards the check-post and locate the enemies to kill them. On the western side of Costa Del Mar, ending near the seashore, you will see the check-post. This Military Checkpoint is found on the West side of Madrugada, zoom in to the 3-way cross-section. Once you defeat the enemies, take out the billboard located on the North-West side. Zoom in to the center of Madrugada, on the western side of the Costa Del Mar border a single road is going to the East, where you need to take out the soldiers standing on the West and the Eastside.
It is the military where you need to capture the FND Military Checkpoint. Moving closer to the check-post on the North-West side destroys the billboard and defeats the enemy in the North-East region. There is a small plateau in the west region of Madrugada, on the left side of Costa Del Mar, found in between the main highway and on the left to the Military Checkpoint. Here, on the west side, you can see the Billboard, which you need to destroy by defeating the single enemy who is guarding on the north-east side. It is located in the region of Isla Santuario, on the eastern side of Quito, which is situated near the main highway.
